• 500gr of fresh tuna steaks
  • 40gr lard
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 0.5 ml. of oil
  • 0.5 ml. of white wine
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • half green pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the tuna into steaks if they are not already cut, and season with salt and pepper, minced garlic cloves and vinegar. Cut the onion into slices and bring to the boil, in a pan, with the fats, the bay leaf, the pepper cut into strips and the tomato without skin or seeds. Sauté a little, add the steaks and wine and let them fry on both sides. It can be served in the frying pan with fries or on the plate, with vegetables and olives and instead of fries it can be boiled potatoes.
